Ghanaian forward Kamal Sowah was in a sensational form as he scored a brace for OH Leuven in their 3-2 win over KAA Gent in the Belgian Jupilier League on Saturday evening.

The 20-year-old lasted for 75 minutes before being replaced by Oliver Myny as he helped his side seal all three points at the KAA Gent Stadium.

Sowah opened the scoring for the visitors in the 41st minute with a sublime finish before Mathieu Maertens doubled OH Leuven's lead on the stroke of halftime.

After the recess, the Ghanaian international hit his brace and his side's third goal of the game in the 48th minute.

KAA Gent scored two quick penalty-kick goals through Niklas Dorsch and Tim Kleindienst but they were not enough as OH Leuven held on to secure the victory.

He has now scored three goals and registered two assists in seven appearances for OH Leuven this season.

Sowah joined the club on a season-long loan deal from Leicester City, having joined them in 2018 after ending his stay with Right to Dream Academy.
