Ghanaian forward Naeem Mohammed scores and assist to inspire Halmstads BK to secure point at Hammarby

Ghanaian forward Naeem Mohammed was instrumental when Halmstads BK shared the spoils with Hammarby in the Sweden Allsvenskan on Sunday.

The 27-year-old started and lasted the entire duration when his outfit played out a 2-2 away draw with Hammarby.

Naeem Mohammed assisted his side opening goal before grabbing the equalizer to secure an important point for his outfit.

Halmstads opened the scoring through Viktor Granath after just 10 minute into the thrilling encounter after he was set up by Naeem Mohammed before Nahir Besara scored to draw the host level before the halftime break.

Montenegro international Viktor Djukanovic scored to put Hammarby in front in the 65th minute but the Ghanaian international hit the back of the net, two minute later to secure a vital point for his side.

With this stellar performance, the 27-year-old Ghanaian forward has now accumulated eight goals in 26 matches for the Blue and Black outfit this season.
