Ghanaian forward Godsway Donyoh is enjoying an amazing season with Neftchi Baku in Azerbaijan.
Donyoh, who joined the club this summer, has been lethal in the 2022-23 campaign since it kicked off having scored three goals and provided two assists in seven games so far.
He is currently the top scorer of his team in the Premyer Liqa with two goals and two assists.
It is not surprising he has adapted to life in Azerbaijan so easily since he has featured in seven different countries.
The forward has been active in Ghana, England, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Israel and now also in Azerbaijan.
The former Dynamo Dresden star was on the scoresheet for Neftchi Baku in their narrow victory over Zira FK in the Azerbaijani Premier League last Friday.
He opened the scoring for Neftchi who cruised to a 2-1 victory in the third round of the Azerbaijani League.
The 27-year-old side came close to reaching the group stage of the Europa Conference League only for Austrian club SK Rapid Wien to eliminate them narrowly.
Neftchi has nine points after four games and are only three points behind the league leaders.
