Ghanaian midfielder Baba Alhassan has won the Romanian Superliga Player of the Month award for September.
The 22-year-old has been outstanding for FC Hermannstadt this season, scoring six goals and providing one assist in 11 matches in the league.
Before the international break, he scored two excellent goals to propel Fc Hermannstadt to a 2-1 Liga I victory over UTA Arad.
His outstanding performance last month did not go unnoticed and has therefore being adjudged with the Player of the Month award by Gazeta Sporturilor.
Meanwhile, his trainer Marius Măldărășanu was named coach of the Month for September.
