Ghanaian midfielder Ransford Selasi completes loan move SC Kriens

Ghanaian midfielder Ransford Selasi has completed a loan move to SC Kriens for the rest of the 2020/2021 football season.

The former Pescara man in the first half of the season played for Swiss Super League side FC Lugano.

Having been limited to regular playing time, the club has decided that it is best he spends the rest of the season at SC Kriens to ensure he gets to play regularly.

“Ransford Selasi takes the opposite path; the midfielder of Ghanaian origins, who has made 7 appearances in the black and white jersey, is loaned to Kriens until the end of the current season,” a statement from FC Lugano to confirm the loan of the player has said.

Meanwhile, his compatriot Asumah Abubakar has been signed by FC Lugano from SC Kriens in a deal that will see him play for the Swiss Super League side until the summer of 2023.
