All major leagues across Europe are now after this weekend’s round of games, with Ghanaians still involved.

Denis Odoi won the Belgium league while Emmanuel Gyasi ended the season with an assist for Empoli.

Here’s footballghana.com’s wrap of their performances over the weekend:

LaLiga round 38

Abdul Mumin was not in Rayo Vallecano’s squad that lost 1-0 to Athletic Club. He finished the season with 20 games and one goal. Iñaki Williams also missed the game with a foot injury. Inaki has scored 12 goals and provided three assists.

Baba Iddrisu was not in Algeria’s squad that finished the season on a high with a 6-1 win over Cadiz. Both teams have been relegated from LaLiga.

Joseph Aidoo also missed Celta Vigo’s 2-2 draw against Valencia because of the ACL injury he sustained in October with Ghana. He has played only six games the whole season.

Serie A round 38

Caleb Ekuban came off the bench after 70 minutes in Genoa’s 2-0 win over Bologna. He ended the season with four goals and one assist in 29 games.

Emmanuel Gyasi ended the season with an assist for Empoli in their 2-1 win over AS Roma. The 30-year-old ended the season with a goal and two assists in 33 games.

Belgium Pro League

Denis Odoi played the full game for Club Brugge as they drew goalless with Cercle Brugge and emerged Belgium champions.

It was basically Odoi’s goal in the 1-0 win over Anderlecht the week before that secured them the title. Abu Francis also featured in that game.
