Ghanaian striker Kevin Luckassen on target for UTA Arad in win over Universitatea Cluj

Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Kevin Luckassen delivered an outstanding performance to help UTA Arad secure victory over Universitatea Cluj in the Romanian top-flight.

Luckassen lasted 83 minutes as his outfit cruised to a 3-1 away win over their opponent in the week 24 of the top-tier.

The 30-year-olod Ghanaian forward registered his name on the scoresheet to help his outfit secure maximum points at the Cluj Arena on Sunday afternoon.

The visitors opened the scoring after just 13 minutes into the game through Eric Johana Omondi before Luckassen doubled the advantage for UTA Arad in the 36th minute mark after connecting from Eric Johana Omondi.

Before recess, Romania international Daniel Popa pulled one back for the host.

After the break, Andrej Fabry scored to seal victory for the visitors in the encounter after he was set up by Eric Johana Omondi, his second assist in the game.

Luckassen has scored three goals and provided one assist in 11 games so far this season.
