Hearts of Oak midfielder Salim Adams has admitted that his performances for the club has not been consistent since his return from loan.

The 21-year-old returned to the club after spending a year with the youth team of partner club FC Cincinnati in the USA.

Salim returned to the club in January and has since featured in 12 Ghana Premier League games and scored two goals.

However, there have been complaints about his performances not being consistent.

After he was named Man of the Match in their 3-0 win over Berekum Chelsea, Salim Adams admitted that his performances have not been consistent and will work on it.

“Sure. Yeah, I know. I’m going to work on that. As I have said, we are not in normal times. So I’m going to work hard on that,” he told StarTimes.

Hamza Issah opened the scoring with a first-time shot with his left foot inside the box to power the visitors into a 1-0 lead at the break.

Fourteen minutes after the break, Linda Mtange doubled the lead for Hearts of Oak with a near post finish.

Substitute Kassim Cisse then completed the scoring with his strike at the right post that goalkeeper Gregory Sekyere failed to punch out of his net.
