Ghanaian international, Osman Ibrahim could be sanctioned for reportedly violating Danish Football Association's regulations on football agents, circular 125, under point 13.

The forward in his negotiations with Brighton & Hove Albion reportedly engaged the services of agent Mitch Bakkovens and the large British agency Unique Sports, headed by Will Salthouse.

This is even though he is still in contract with his agent, Darryl Powell in a deal that says he will be represented by Powell until December 1, 2024.

This choice from reports gathered in Denmark could attract a sanction for Osman Ibrahim.

According to the Danish Football Association's regulations on football agents, circular 125, under point 13, “The DBU may impose a player who breaches his obligations under this circular on one or more of the following disciplinary sanctions: Disapproval or warning, Fine or Suspension.”

It is understood that the Danish Football Association is looking into the matter.

If found to have violated the regulation, Osman Ibrahim will be sanctioned.
