Ghanaian youngster Bernard Tekpetey will not be part of German side Schalke 04's squad for their DFB Cup match against Village this weekend.
The former Unistar Soccer Academy player has picked up an injury which has forced him out of the squad.
The 18-year old who has been exceptional has so far scored 3 goals for the Gelsenkirchen-based side and continues to send strong signal to the striking department of the team.
He might make a quick comeback, when Schalke travel to Eintracht Frankfurt in their Bundesliga opener at the Commerzbank Arena on Saturday 27th August.
