Arsenal continued their pre-season preparations today, with a further four youngsters being selected to train with the senior squad.

Goalkeeper Ryan Huddart was amongst those involved in the session along with right-back Tafari Moore and midfielder Ismael Bennacer, both of whom spent time away from the club on loan last season.

Perhaps the most intriguing inclusion was that of Jordi Osei-Tutu, the young right-back who would be well suited to playing as a wing-back in 3-4-2-1 formation that Arsenal deployed towards the end of last season.

The nine youngsters that trained with the first-team yesterday – Reiss Nelson, Cohen Bramall, Matt Macey, Joe Willock, Marcus McGuane, Donyell Malen, Eddie Nketiah, Dan Crowley and Jon Toral – were all in attendance again.

First-team squad member Jeff Reine-Adelaide, meanwhile, wasn’t involved as he continues to recover from the injury that he suffered last campaign.

Some of the aforementioned mentioned youngsters will be making the trip to Australia for the first part of Arsenal’s pre-season tour and, with another group of first-team players set to return to London Colney shortly, competition for places on the plane will intensify.
