Ghana’s Francis Narh bags ‘Player of the Month’ award at FC Slavia-Mozyr

Ghanaian international Francis Narh has bagged another ‘Player of the Month’ award at FC Slavia-Mozyr, beating competition from his compatriot Dennis Tetteh.

The two Ghanaians have been impressive for the club in the past month featuring in all 4 games in the Belarusian Vysshaya Liga.

Francis Narh who has undoubtedly been the poster boy of FC Slavia-Mozyr started off the month on a good note when he scored against Neman in the team’s shocking defeat at home.

The former Tema Youth talisman went on to display outstanding form in 3 other games despite his club losing two games in the month.

Having been nominated for the Slavia-Mozyr player of the month award, Francis Narh has scooped it home with a total of 440 points from the votes. The only player who came close is striker Maxim Slyusar who earned 330 points from the votes.

The others, goalkeeper Nikolai Romaniuk, and Ghana’s Dennis Tetteh only earned 120 points from the votes, finishing 3rd and 4th respectively.

The Player of the Month of June award is Francis Narh’s second award of the season after he picked the same accolade at the end of May.

This season, the 26-year-old has made 16 appearances for FC Slavia-Mozyr in the Belarusian top-flight league and has 4 goals to his name.
