Former Legon Cities winger Jonah Attuquaye scored and grabbed an assist in FK Auda's 3-1 win against METTA in the Latvian Virsliga on Sunday at Jānis Skredelis Stadium.

FK Auda enjoyed what can be considered a controlling advantage in the first half; they combined regularly, hit repeatedly from a distance, and frequently caused the opposition to commit errors. Nevertheless, the green-black supporters had to wait until the very last second of the half to witness a goal.

Jonah Attuquaye crossed the ball across the goal in the 45th minute, Abiodun Ogunniji heads it past Jnis Bek to give Auda the advantage. The sides entered the halftime break with a score of 1-0.

Even though Auda continued to project greater assurance, the game became shaky and rough in the second half. First, Auda was able to increase its lead in the game's 75th minute when Resende passed to Jonah Attuquaye, who scored from the edge of the box under the defender in the near corner for a score of 2-0.

Vladislavs Fyodorovs' precise shot allowed METTA to close the score gap after applying pressure on Audas' goal. Ogunniji scored his second goal of the match in the final minute.
