Ghana international, Salis Abdul Samed lasted the full 90 minutes for Clermont Foot on Sunday when the team defeated OGC Nice 1-0 in the French Ligue 1.

The youngster since the start of the 2021/22 football season has performed at a top-level and managed to establish himself as one of the key players in his team.

After missing the final Ghana AFCON squad due to an injury, Salis Abdul Samed has in the last few weeks worked hard and is now back in the Clermont Foot team as a regular starter.

Over the weekend, he started in midfield when his team played as a guest to top-four side OGC Nice.

On the matchday, Salis Abdul Samed displayed fine form and had the opportunity to fight for his team throughout the 90 minutes of the contest.

Courtesy of a strike from Elbasan Rashani in the 77th minute, Clermont Foot held on to win 1-0 to merit the maximum three points at the end of the game.
