The hard-fought match concluded with Columbus Crew securing a 2-1 win, with Yeboah contributing significantly by scoring the game's crucial second goal.

Yeboah's achievement in the MLS Cup adds him to the prestigious list of Ghanaian players who have claimed the title, joining the ranks of Harrison Afful, Jonathan Mensah, and Emmanuel Boateng.
