Former Hearts of Oak PRO Muheeb Saeed has asked management of the team to give the club to George Afriyie to handle.
Saeed, who worked with the club noted that Hearts need learned and experience football administrators to run the club.

The Phobians are said to be in crisis after players boycotted pre-season over unpaid salaries and other allowances owed them.
In an interview with the Asempa FM, Saeed said"Learned administrators like George Afriyie must run Hearts of Oak".
