Good news as Feyenoord new signing Christian Conteh secures work permit

German-born attacker of Ghanaian descent, Christian Conteh has finally secured a work permit to begin the new chapter of his career at Dutch club Feyenoord.

The 20-year-old forward was signed by the Eredivisie outfit in July from German lower division club FC St. Pauli FC.

Due to work permit issues, Christian Conteh was not able to train with his new teammates when they regrouped for pre-season at the beginning of this month.

Today, good news picked up has confirmed that the exciting youngster has obtained his work permit.

He will train with his teammates this weekend to prepare for the upcoming 2020/2021 football season.

Christian Conteh was signed by Feyenoord for a fee of 500,000 Euros on a 4-year contract. He is confident of improving his game at the new club and hopes he cements a place in the first eleven before the campaign starts.
