The decision, reportedly reached by mutual agreement, comes in the wake of the team's challenging performance in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.

Heart of Lions, which had spent the last eight years in the Division One League, has found the transition to the Premier League more demanding than anticipated.

With a record of eight draws and five defeats in the first 14 matches, the team currently languishes in the 18th position. The struggle is evident in their points tally, a mere eight points that place them in a precarious position.
