Hearts of Oak assistant coach Mohammed Hamza blames players for King Faisal defeat

Hearts of Oak assistant coach Mohammed Obeng Hamza blames the players following their 1-0 defeat to King Faisal on match week 32 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Richard Akrofi scored in added time with an easy tap in to secure the three points for King Faisal.

The win moved the Kumasi-based side five points clear of the relegation zone and also bring to an end Hearts of Oak’s seven match unbeaten run.

"The determination was high looking at the game that we played, number of chances that we misused,  we should have barried the game inside the first half game also the early part of the second half of the game but we were not able to equalise," Hamza said after the game.

"I think the boys brought us down in this match."

Hearts of Oak will take on Eleven Wonders on Wednesday in their outstanding match week 30 encounter of the Premier League in Techiman.
