The Phobians appointed the Dutch trainer on a year deal as the head coach of the club prior to the start of the football season.

However, Koopman have come under intense pressure after recording just a win after four games into the season.

The win came against Nsoatreman FC with Ramos Kashala scoring the only goal for the side.

In the matchday four games, Hearts of Oak were held to a goalless game against Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium and now sit 16th on the Premier League log.

According to reports monitored by Footballghana.com, the leadership of the club have started talks with two different coaches to replace Koopman.

The reports added that the head coach has been given three matches to save his job at the club.

Martin Koopman and his charges will hope to return to winning ways when they travel to Heart of Lions at the Red Bull Arena at Sogakope in the matchday five games this weekend.

Hearts of Oak will host FC Samartex before travelling to play Bibiani Gold Stars at DUN's Park.
