Accra Hearts of Oak Board member Alhaji Braimah Moro popularly known as Alhaji Akambi is defiant about the side chances of defending the Ghana Premier League title.
The reigning Ghana Premier League champions chances of defending the title has taken a nosedive. They currently sit 6th position with 29 points after 20 matches into the season, trailing sworn rivals, Asante Kotoko by 15 points.
But according to Akambi, the season is not yet over them considering the remaining matches of the season.
“Even though we are trailing the league leaders by 15 points but I think we have got many matches to finish the season. As I speak, we have about 12 to 14 matches before the season comes to an end, so think anything can happen” he said.
“I believe anyone who is not thinking about defending his title that will give up, we are all fighting for it, so let’s see by the end of the season”
