Hearts of Oak have extolled its Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV as he marks his birthday today.
Born on 23 April 1957, the President of the National House of Chiefs, the Agbogbomefia of the Asogli State and President of Asogli Traditional Area has turned 63 years old today.
In a message from Hearts of Oak to their financier, they have extended their appreciation to Togbe Afede XIV for his impact on lives.
“A birthday to our board chairman, Togbe Afede XIV, a great leader, statesman, and mentor. Thank you for all you are doing to impact lives positively.
“May this special day bring you joy, pleasure, and more fulfilling future blessed with strength, good health, and God's protection”, a message on the Twitter page of the club reads.
Togbe Afede XIV who is the Executive Chairman of World Trade Centre Accra took over as the board chairman of Hearts of Oak in 2010 after purchasing the majority of its shares.
He has since been pumping money into the club in a bid to ensure it rediscovers its glory days.
