Hearts of Oak forward Kassim Cisse eyes strong Ghana Premier League comeback

Hearts of Oak striker Kassim Cisse says his outfit will bounce back stronger in the second half of the Ghana Premier League campaign.

The Phobians finished 9th with just 21 points in the first round of the domestic top-flight campaign after failing to impress in the 17 games they played.

The club’s unimpressive performance led to the sacking of Ducth coach Martin Koopman after just three-months into the season.

Hearts of Oak finished the first round of the campaign with a win against Bechem United and are looking forward to changing the narrative in the second half of the season.

Speaking to the club’s media, the Ivorian attacker indicated his side will bounce back stronger after the break.

“Our boys showed character and that is what made us win the game despite the penalty miss. We shall come back stronger after the break,”
