Hearts of Oak has officially set the date for their highly anticipated 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This pivotal event, which serves as a platform for fans and stakeholders to gather, discuss, and chart the course for the club's future, is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 11.
The club's official announcement reads:
NOTICE is hereby given that the 5th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club will be held both physically and virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 at the Civil Servant’s Auditorium, Ministries – Accra at 10.00am to transact the following business:
Ordinary Business :
1.To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2022, together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2.To re-elect directors.
3.To fix Directors’ remuneration for the ensuing year.
4.To renew Auditors’ mandate.
5.To confirm the remuneration of the Auditors for the year ending June 30, 2023.
6.Any Other Business
Special Business :
1.To consider the Adoption of the New Rights Issue.
