Hearts of Oak have expressed interest in signing Rashid Nortey from Medeama SC in the ongoing summer transfer window.
The Phobians have made an official approach to sign the highly-rated midfielder for their upcoming CAF Champions League campaign.
Hearts are eager to complete the signing Nortey to strengthen their squad.
