Hearts of Oak job is not beyond me - Edward Nii Odoom brags

Interim head coach of Hearts of Oak, Edward Nii Odoom has revealed that he is capable for handling the Phobians on a permanent basis due to his vast experience in the coaching job.

His tenure as an interim coach got off to a poor start with a 3-0 away loss to Medeama SC at Tarkwa in the second of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.

The result leaves Hearts in the relegation zone after just two matches into the new season which has been them sack their coach Kim Grant.

Speaking after his side suffered a humiliating defeat to Medeama, the coach Odoom said,"I have coached in Ghana for 30 years. I have handled different teams like Real Sportive and many others."

"This Hearts of Oak job is not beyond me at all. I am capable of doing the work well."

Hearts of Oak will be looking to register their first win of the season when they welcome Ebusua Dwarfs to the Accra Sports Stadium on match day three.
