Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen elated after undergoing successful surgery

Hearts of Oak midfielder, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has reacted to his successful surgery in South Africa.

The hardworking midfielder went under the knife on Thursday as he aims to make full recovery.

Speaking after the surgery, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen said he is happy. The midfielder further expressed appreciation to his club with special mention to the board chairman, Togbe Afede XIV.

“It is a joy to live to see this day. It all went well and I thank the team of Doctors for that wonderful work. This will bring me back to the field. Allah has been great to me,” Abdul Aziz Nurudeen said as quoted on the website of Hearts of Oak.

He continued, “I thank the club but especially the Board Chairman [Togbe Afede XIV] for making sure that this has happened to save my career. But for him, I wouldn’t have been here today. Now my return to the field is eminent. May Allah bless and grant him long life and prosperity. I will forever cherish this moment and remember him at all times. Surely I will be back stronger.”

The player after his surgery is now undergoing rehabilitation in South Africa.
