Hearts of Oak report Isaac Mensah and Inusah Musah to FIFA over 'unlawful move' to Angola

Accra Hearts of Oak have petitioned FIFA over the unlawful movement of two of their players to Angola.

Midfielder Isaac Mensah and defender Inusah Musah have joined Angolan side Petro Atletico Luanda from Hearts.

But the move of the players have not gone done well with the club as both players are still under contract.

"Isaac Mensah (under contract with Hearts) and Inusah left Hearts of Oak without the consent of the club," According to Hearts Managing Director Mark Noonan

"We (Hearts of Oak) have petitioned FIFA and the Normalization Committee (Ghana) over the conduct of the players regarding their move to Angola without our consent".
