Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak have reportedly submitted second bid to sign David Abagna from Real Tamale United this window.
The midfielder has been impressive since joining the Pride of the North from Ashantigold two seasons ago.
According to reports, the Phobians are keen on landing the Black Galaxies midfielder in the ongoing transfer window as they seek to strengthen their squad.
It is said Hearts of Oak have submitted a second bid around GHC150,000 to secure the services of the in-demand midfielder.
Meanwhile, RTU are yet to respond to Hearts of Oak.
David Abagna is currently with the Black Galaxies team who are competing in the 2023 CHAN tournament in Algeria.
They lost 2-1 to debutants Madagascar on Sunday night.
