Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of highly-rated defender Caleb Amankwah.
The Phobians last week confirmed that they have reached a deal for the acquisition of the former West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) defender.
“Accra Hearts of Oak has reached an agreement with highly rated Defender, Caleb Amankwah for two and half years.
“Caleb has previously had stints with West African Football Academy and Aduana Stars Football Club,” a post on Hearts of Oak’s Twitter page said last week.
Today, the club has formally indicated that the player has signed the necessary documents to become a Phobian.
“Dependable defender, Caleb Amankwah. Welcome!!! Hearts is home. Enjoy your stay,” Hearts of Oak said in a post on Twitter on Wednesday.
Caleb Amankwah, 23, has joined the Rainbow club having enjoyed a stellar spell at Aduana Stars.
