HIGHLIGHTS: Alice Kusi nets hat-trick to lead Black Queens of Ghana to beat Rwanda 5-0

Black Queens midfielder, Alice Kusi starred with a top performance to lead Ghana to beat Rwanda 5-0 in the qualifiers for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).

Last week, the Black Queens beat the opponent 7-0 in the first leg of the tie in a game played in Kigali.

Today, at the Accra Sports Stadium, Ghana hosted Rwanda in the reverse fixture of the tie.

Despite the huge first-leg advantage, the Black Queens played at full strength and scored four goals in the first half.

Midfield maestro Alice Kusi stole the show in front of the home fans. She opened the scoring in the 22nd minute before adding two more goals to complete a sensational hat-trick.

Later in the game, other goals from Evelyn Badu and Stella Nyamekye saw Ghana cruising to a 5-0 second-leg win.

After the 12-0 aggregate win, Ghana will face either Gambia or Namibia in the second leg of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.
