English Championship outfit, Hull City have agreed on a deal to allow Ghana international Benjamin Tetteh to leave the club.

Since last month, there have been reports of the possible exit of the Black Stars striker this summer.

As reported by Footballghana last week, his club Hull City received a number of offers from top-flight clubs in Europe.

Today, the club has reached an agreement that is seeing Benjamin Tetteh being granted permission to hold talks with FC Metz.

This is what the striker and his representatives wanted as they believe it is time for the player to try a different challenge.

Benjamin Tetteh, 26, signed for Hull City from Yeni Malatyaspor in 2022 but has struggled to play consistently due to injuries.

As per sources, the striker has verbally agreed terms with FC Mets and will travel to France this weekend to complete a move to the French Ligue 1 side.

His arrival is expected to give the club a major squad boost ahead of the start of the 2023/24 football season.
