Great Olympics' head coach, Annor Walker, expressed dissatisfaction with his team's performance following a draw against Bofoakwa in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.

The two historic clubs settled for a tie at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

Bofoakwa Tano successfully maintained their strong track record against Great Olympics, as the 'dade boys' struggled to secure a victory.

Olympics have been unable to clinch a victory in their past three encounters with Bofoakwa in the Ghana Premier League.

In an interview with StarTimes after the match, Coach Annor Walker, who returned to Olympics this season, voiced his criticism of his players for not adhering to his instructions during the game.

“In fact the first half they dominated the game until the second half I had to make some changes that we had to have a drawn game.

“That is players, you will teach them and when they get there, they will do a different thing.

He added: “So I give the blame to my players.”

Great Olympics play their next game to city rivals Accra Lions on match day two in the Ghana Premier League.
