I don't want to talk about it - Samuel Boadu mute over possible return to Hearts of Oak

Former Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu, has refused to talk about a possible to the club should the opportunity arise.

Boadu, having steered the side to win five trophies in his two-year spell at the club left the side halfway during the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.

However, the Phobian Club have been struggling in the ongoing 2023/24 season under Martin Koopman.

Under the Dutch manager, Hearts of Oak have recorded just a win after six games played with an outstanding game.

Fans of the club have called for the return of Boadu due to the disappointing results.

However, when questioned by Graphic Sports about the possibility of returning to his former position, the coach stated that he was not ready to discuss the matter.

"I am sorry, I don't want to talk about this," Boadu, who is currently working as the head coach of Ghana U-20 side said.

Samuel Boadu is also working as the head coach lower side, Kumasi Cornerstones.

Hearts of Oak currently sit in 16th place on the league table with six points.

The Phobians will host Medeama SC in the matchday eight games at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday with kick-off scheduled at 15:00GMT.
