Black Stars coach, Chris Hughton, says he has competent backroom staff.
The 64-year-old has been named as Otto Addo's successor on a 21-month deal as announced by the Ghana Football Association [GFA].
George Boateng and Didi Dramani who worked as assistant coaches under Addo have been maintained.
Richard Kingson is act as the goalkeeper's trainer for the senior national team.
Speaking to SuperSport, the former Brighton and Newcastle United coach who worked as a technical advisor before his appointment as head coach of the national team lauded his backroom staff.
"I have a good backroom staff because if you have a good backroom staff, it makes your work far easier but you would need to have the right people around. People you value and you can trust and I believe that is what I have got," he said.
He also highlighted that he has a good relationship with the Ghana Football Association.
"My dealings with the Ghana Football Association have been good, very open and honest and they have assured me of the support," he added.
The new technical team played their first two games against Angola in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations [AFCON] qualifiers last month in back-to-back games.
Ghana recorded a win in the first leg at the Baba Yara Stadium before holding Palancas Negras in Luanda in the return leg.
The Black Stars sit top of Group E with eight points and will wrap up their qualification games against Madagascar and the Central African Republic.
