Medeama SC goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has kicked against the prospect of a pay cut for himself during the COVID-19 period.
There has been talks of possible pay cuts among clubs in the Ghana Premier League due to the financial constraints they have during this dark period.
The league has been suspended with the option of a restart unknown.
In an interview with Nimde3 FM, Antwi cited the difference in salaries of foreign players as a reason for his discontent with the idea.
"I will not accept pay cuts because what the foreign players have received as salaries you can't compare to that of Ghana."
