The former Inter Milan midfielder has been heavily linked to the Accra-based club since leaving Spanish lower tier outfit Albacete last year.
Speaking to local radio station Happy FM the Mr. Federick Moore said
“Sulley Muntari is a very good player and if he is available and affordable we will be interested to sign him,"
A member of Hearts of Oak board Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe in an interview mentioned that Sulley has a jersey reserved for him if he decides to sign.
Speaking to local radio station Angel FM the board member said
“For the past two years, Hearts of Oak have been telling Sulley Ali Muntari that we’ve reserved a jersey for him,"
"Anytime he’s ready to play, he knows what to do," he added.
Sulley Muntari 36, current market value is €200,000.
