If things don’t change I will resign – Hearts of Oak team manager W.O Tandoh

The team manager of Hearts of Oak, W.O Tandoh has threatened to leave his post if things do not improve the club.

Although the former Aduana Stars coach is excited with the achievement of the team at the end of the 2020/2021 football season, he wants more for the club.

According to him, certain key things he needs to excel at his work keep delaying. As a result, he says he might be forced to resign soon if the management of Hearts of Oak does not improve on their communications with the technical team.

“As a team manager, there are certain tools I need to ensure my job is going well. Sadly, the management mostly delays in providing such needs,s and it's making the job difficult for me.

“If things don't change immediately. I will leave the club now,” W.O Tandoh told Silver FM in an interview.

The experienced gaffer is going down in the history books of Hearts of Oak as one of the technical team members that helped the club to win double at the 2020/2021 football season.
