Inter Milan owner Zhang Jindong already has a new job lined up for coach Stefano Pioli.
Pioli is expected to be axed at the end of this season and replaced by a higher profile coach.
But Zhang wants to keep the Italian involved and hopes to convince him about taking the job at Chinese sister club Jiangsu Suning.
Zhang wants Pioli to take charge of Jiangsu as a show of appreciation for his work with Inter.
Also in the frame for the Jiangsu job is former Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri.
