It will be revenge time when Ghana face Uruguay in Qatar - Kurt Okraku

President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku says the Black Stars will have revenge in mind when the team takes on Uruguay at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Ghana suffered what people called injustice at the 2010 world cup in South Africa when a Luis Suarez hand ball denied the Black Stats qualification to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Ahead of this year’s World Cup, the paths of the two countries are set to cross again after being pitted in Group H at the end of the official draw.

Speaking on what will be an epic clash, Kurt Okraku says the Black Stars will be in for revenge.

"It is very interesting for us to pitch against them again, obviously with fond memories,"

"We believe that it will be revenge time, we thought we had clearly won that particular game but for that save from Suarez," the Ghana FA President told Joy Sports.

The other Group H opponents for Ghana include Portugal and Korea Republic.
