According to The Athletic, Ghanaian midfielder Jeffrey Schlupp will be out for three months after suffering a hamstring injury on Crystal Palace duty.

He was subbed off early against Sheffield United and the results prove that he will be out for a while.

The new development jeopardises his chances with the national team as they are expected to play in the AFCON qualifiers in March.

Before the injury, he had made 12 starts in the Premier League, showing how important he is to the team.
