Manchester City centre-back John Stones has purchased a stunning mansion based in Chesire for £3.4m (via the Mirror).

The new home of Stones is a six bedroom property which contains an indoor swimming pool and a massive garden which overlooks a lake. The 22-year old ex-Everton defender bought the home shortly before Christmas as he looks to make himself at home following his £47.5m move from the Toffees to the Citizens.

The property also possesses a gym, a sauna and a games room which contains both an air ice hockey and pool table as the defender looks to finally settle into life in Manchester after a fairly rocky start under Pep Guardiola.

The England international started in his side's wins against West Ham and Swansea but back in December 2016, Guardiola had to publicly back John Stones who he dropped as a result of his struggles and poor form (via the Mirror)

John is a big player, I don't have doubts about that. But it's the first time in his career he's played every three days. It had never happened before with the Champions League and the League Cup, and every three days you have to be focused. He has played a lot. He must train every day, be fit and when I decide to play him, he's going to play again.

Stones and Manchester City travel to Bournemouth on Monday as they look to make it three wins in a row in order to tighten their grip on a top four spot as they face fierce competition from the likes of London sidesArsenal and Tottenham, neighbours Manchester United and Liverpool.
