Ghana international Joseph Paintsil has successfully passed a medical examination ahead of his imminent move to Turkish side MKE Ankaragücü.

As reportedly by footballghana.com earlier today, the Turkish Super Lig club is bent on strengthening its squad before the start of the 2020/2021 football season and has decided to sign the KRC Genk forward on a season-long loan.

Having arrived in the city of Ankara today, Joseph Paintsil has according to sources has passed a medical examination.

With that cleared, his switch to MKE Ankaragücü is now on the brink of completion pending the signing of the necessary paperwork.

In the past, Joseph Paintsil has played for clubs including Ferencvaros as well as Tema Youth Football Club. He has developed his game over the past few years and is tipped to excel at his next destination as well.
