Nicknamed the Black Stars, the national team of the West African country is hosting its counterpart from Madagascar in a Group E encounter of the qualifiers to the continental tournament next year.

Ahead of kick-off to the game, Ghana coach Otto Addo has decided to keep some of his best players on the bench.

While goalkeeper Joseph Wollacott keeps his place in the post, the gaffer has decided to partner Denis Odoi and Daniel Amartey in the heart of the defense.

Strangely, left-backs Gideon Mensah and Baba Rahman have both been started in the game.

Captain Andre Ayew starts this evening after returning from suspension as well as his brother Jordan Ayew while teenager Felix Afena-Gyan is handed the role as the arrowhead of the team’s attack.
