Dreams FC boss and Black Starlets coach, Karim Zito, has showered praise on Prosper Ogum, the former coach of Asante Kotoko, crediting him for his exceptional developmental knowledge and ability to handle a young and inexperienced squad.

Zito's comments come as Asante Kotoko continues to struggle this season, prompting discussions about the impact of coaching decisions on the team's performance.

Expressing his unwavering confidence in Ogum's coaching prowess, Zito highlighted the significance of Ogum's expertise in nurturing young talents.

Despite the challenges posed by the team's youthfulness and lack of experience, Zito firmly believed that Ogum possessed the necessary skill set that delivered the Ghana Premier League title for Kotoko.

"I had so much confidence in Prosper Ogum that he would deliver at Kotoko even though the players were young and new because he was full of developmental football knowledge," Zito remarked in an interview with Akoma FM.

"If it had been any other coach, I would have been a bit skeptical."

Ogum won the GPL title for Asante Kotoko last season in his only season at the club.
