Ghanaian international Bernard Mensah showed fine form earlier this week as he found the back of the net in Kayserispor’s friendly win against Çubuklu.
The highly-rated midfielder and his teammates are preparing for the return of the Turkish Super Lig season next month and decided to engage in a friendly encounter.
At the end of a very good exercise, Bernard Mensah got on the scoresheet as Kayserispor emerged as 3-0 winners over Çubuklu.
Sitting bottom of the Turkish Super Lig standings, Kayserispor is hoping for a sting finish to the season after the Covid-19 break to try and maintain their top-flight status.
Mensah, 26, has been their best player and they hope he comes good for them when the campaign resumes in June. The team is scheduled to take on Fernabache on June 12 in a difficult away encounter.
The Ghanaian has made 20 appearances this season and has 3 goals and 8 assists to his name.
