Ghanaian youngster Keenan Appiah-Forson provided an assist in West u-21 3-2 win against Brighton & Hove Albion u-21s in the Premier League 2 on Monday night.

In a goalless first half, West Ham's Keenan Appiah-Forson blazed over from 12 yards after half an hour before going close with a lovely low effort towards the bottom left corner, only for the ball to hit the post.

Kamarai Swyer retained his composure to scoop Keenan Appiah-Forson’s recycled header early in the second half to break the deadlock.

The young Irons doubled their advantage just after the hour when Divin Mubama calmly slotted past Fynn Talley.

Shannon Ruth’s team was soon back in it thanks to substitute Joshua Duffus's goal in the 72nd minute to make it 2-1.

An Albion defender brought down Divin Mubama in the box. Mubama got up and slotted the penalty home to restore West Ham’s two-goal cushion in the 84th minute.

Duffus then provided his first assist in the third minute of added time as he powered to the by-line before pulling it back for O’Mahony to slot home to make it 2-3.

Attacker Keenan Appiah-Forson was substituted in the 88th minute.
