Fiorentina midfielder, Kevin-Prince Boateng tested negative for COVID-19 and as such, has been allowed to train with his teammates ahead of the preseason.
The 33-year-old returned to the club after a loan spell in Turkey with Beşiktaş JK, having joined them in January.
Boateng made 11 appearances for the Turkish side, scored three goals and provided one assist in all competitions.
There were talks to sign him on a permanent basis, but the move failed to materialize, hence is now back at Fiorentina.
He joined La Viola for €1.5m from Sassuolo, following a six-month loan at Barcelona, in July 2019. His contract with the Viola runs to June 2021.
