King Faisal release midfielder Mujeeb Abdul Hakeem

King Faisal Football Club has announced that they have parted ways with midfielder Mujeeb Abdul Hakeem on mutual consent.

The player was part of the team of the club last season and made as many as 8 appearances in the Ghana Premier League before it was canceled as a result of the Coronavirus disease.

As the club prepares for the start of the 2020/2021 football season, they have decided to part ways with the midfielder.

“King Faisal FC and Mujeeb Abdul Hakeem have mutually agreed to part ways”, a statement on the Twitter page has said.

According to the club’s Sporting Director Nana Amankwah Kwakye, the club appreciates the midfielder’s services for the time he spent with the side.

"We would like to thank Mujeeb for his dedicated service over the last two years. We wish Mujeeb the best of luck in his career”, he said.

Earlier today, King Faisal FC also confirmed that they have parted ways with midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei.
