Asante Kotoko deputy coach Godwin Ablodey has expressed his dissatisfaction about the performance of referees in the Premier League. Ablordey comments came in the wake of his side's 2-1 defeat at the hands of Medeama at the Takwa T&A Park yesterday. Referee Isaaka Afful rewarded two penalties to Medeama to complete their comeback in an intense game. In an interview, Ablordey questioned the competence of Ghanaian referees saying “What is happening in Ghana football is sad if this is how referees are going to officiate games". “Against Hearts of Oak there was a dubious penalty and today too he first penalty was a dubious one. “It is sad for Ghana football but we will just forget about the defeat and move on," he added.
